Mel Gibson moving to Costa Rica?

Mel Gibson is going ahead as planned to move to an isolated part of Costa Rica despite safety warnings coming from the U.S government.

The Actor, 51, is moving his wife and seven kids from their home in California to a $26 Million Dollar ranch in a rural area that is know as "bandit territory'.

Ignoring official warnings from the US government, Gibson put two of his residences in California and Connecticut on the real estate market to finance his move to his estate in Guanacaste province on Costa Rica's north Pacific coast.

A U.S State Department briefing warns that Western Visitors there are "potential targets for criminals and kidnappers" and should not travel alone. Also that local law enforcement agencies do not operate according to US Standards.
